Cet article pr\u00e9sente une revue syst\u00e9matique de 152 \u00e9tudes (2000\u20132024) portant sur la s\u00e9lection dans les populations subdivis\u00e9es, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux biologiques, et les mod\u00e8les m\u00e9ta-populationnels. \u00c0 travers une analyse comparative des mod\u00e8les Wright-Fisher, Moran spatial, graphes de population et mod\u00e8les \u00e9co-\u00e9volutifs, nous montrons que la structure spatiale modifie profond\u00e9ment les conditions d&#8217;invasion d\u2019all\u00e8les b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques, les trajectoires adaptatives et la force effective de la s\u00e9lection (s\u00e9lection locale vs globale). Nous pr\u00e9sentons des \u00e9quations analytiques g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9es pour le coefficient s\u00e9lectif dans les populations structur\u00e9es et proposons un cadre int\u00e9gratif unifiant la g\u00e9n\u00e9tique des populations classique et la th\u00e9orie des graphes appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Introduction<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La th\u00e9orie classique de la s\u00e9lection naturelle, formul\u00e9e par Darwin et plus tard quantifi\u00e9e par Fisher, Haldane et Wright, consid\u00e8re souvent la s\u00e9lection dans des populations id\u00e9alis\u00e9es : panmictiques, infinies et non structur\u00e9es.<br>Or, dans la nature, les populations pr\u00e9sentent une structure spatiale, \u00e9cologique ou sociale qui :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>modifie les interactions individuelles,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>affecte la d\u00e9rive g\u00e9n\u00e9tique,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>influence la propagation des mutations b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u00e9termine la capacit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle d\u2019adaptation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La g\u00e9n\u00e9tique des populations moderne doit donc int\u00e9grer les <strong>graphes d\u2019interactions<\/strong>, les <strong>m\u00e9ta-populations<\/strong> et les <strong>paysages adaptatifs fluctuants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Amplificateurs de s\u00e9lection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Graphes en \u00e9toile (star graphs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9seaux scale-free h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes<br>\u2192 Augmentent la probabilit\u00e9 de fixation d\u2019une mutation b\u00e9n\u00e9fique de +10 \u00e0 +200 %.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Discussion<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.1 La s\u00e9lection d\u00e9pend de l\u2019\u00e9chelle spatiale<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les mutations b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques peuvent \u00eatre :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>bloqu\u00e9es localement<\/strong> (comp\u00e9tition de voisinage),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>amplifi\u00e9es<\/strong> (effet hubs),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>perdues par d\u00e9rive<\/strong> dans sous-structures isol\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.2 La th\u00e9orie des graphes renverse la g\u00e9n\u00e9tique des populations classique<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les effets de structure peuvent \u00eatre &gt; 10\u00d7 plus importants que l\u2019effet de s seul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.3 Implications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00e9volution des pathog\u00e8nes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>r\u00e9sistance aux antibiotiques,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dynamique des cancers (tumeurs = populations structur\u00e9es),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adaptation aux changements environnementaux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Conclusion<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La s\u00e9lection naturelle ne peut \u00eatre comprise sans structure spatiale.
