Cet article pr\u00e9sente une revue syst\u00e9matique de 147 \u00e9tudes (1998\u20132024), int\u00e9grant g\u00e9n\u00e9tique \u00e9volutive, \u00e9cologie communautaire, th\u00e9orie des jeux \u00e9volutifs et mod\u00e8les de coexistance multi-esp\u00e8ces. \u00c0 partir de donn\u00e9es empiriques (bact\u00e9ries, levures, phytoplancton, insectes, vert\u00e9br\u00e9s), nous montrons que la SFD n\u00e9gative stabilise la diversit\u00e9, tandis que la SFD positive favorise la domination d\u2019un ph\u00e9notype \u2014 mais seulement dans des environnements homog\u00e8nes. Nous proposons un cadre math\u00e9matique unifi\u00e9 bas\u00e9 sur la dynamique replicator-mutator, permettant de pr\u00e9dire les conditions de coexistence, d\u2019extinction, et de transitions \u00e9co-\u00e9volutives telles que les cycles limites, l\u2019alternance de dominance et les \u00e9tats polymorphes stables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Introduction<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans les mod\u00e8les classiques de s\u00e9lection naturelle, la fitness est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme ind\u00e9pendante de la fr\u00e9quence d\u2019un ph\u00e9notype.<br>Cependant, dans la nature, la fitness d\u00e9pend souvent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>des interactions comp\u00e9titives,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de la disponibilit\u00e9 des ressources,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>du comportement social,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de l\u2019exploitation de niches,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des interactions pr\u00e9dateur-proie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On distingue deux grandes formes de s\u00e9lection fr\u00e9quence-d\u00e9pendante :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. S\u00e9lection fr\u00e9quence-d\u00e9pendante n\u00e9gative (SFD\u2212)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2192 Les ph\u00e9notypes rares ont un avantage.<br>\u2192 Favorise la coexistence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. S\u00e9lection fr\u00e9quence-d\u00e9pendante positive (SFD+)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2192 Les ph\u00e9notypes communs ont un avantage.<br>\u2192 Favorise la domination ou extinction des alternatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019objectif de cet article est d\u2019int\u00e9grer les th\u00e9ories \u00e9cologiques, la g\u00e9n\u00e9tique des populations et la th\u00e9orie des jeux pour comprendre comment la fr\u00e9quence module la s\u00e9lection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Elle explique beaucoup mieux que la s\u00e9lection constante les dynamiques complexes observ\u00e9es dans la nature : stabilit\u00e9 de la diversit\u00e9, dominance soudaine, cycles \u00e9volutifs, transitions bistables et \u00e9mergence de syst\u00e8mes collaboratifs ou antagonistes.
