These systems enable real-time collection, analysis, and transmission of urban data, including air quality, energy management, traffic, water supply, and public safety. This paper presents a state-of-the-art review of intelligent sensor technologies, architectures, and communication protocols, and analyzes their applications in sustainable cities. A comparative review of existing solutions is conducted to identify best practices and technical and social challenges. Introduction<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2660\" data-end=\"3030\">La croissance urbaine rapide et la pression sur les ressources naturelles imposent la transition vers des villes durables. Les villes intelligentes reposent sur des infrastructures num\u00e9riques capables de collecter, analyser et exploiter les donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie, r\u00e9duire l\u2019empreinte environnementale et optimiser les services urbains.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3032\" data-end=\"3493\">Les <strong data-start=\"3036\" data-end=\"3072\">r\u00e9seaux de capteurs intelligents<\/strong> repr\u00e9sentent une composante centrale de cette transformation. Ces capteurs sont capables de mesurer des param\u00e8tres vari\u00e9s tels que la temp\u00e9rature, l\u2019humidit\u00e9, les \u00e9missions polluantes, le flux de trafic, la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie ou encore les niveaux de bruit.
