These robotic systems operate alongside humans to improve surgical precision, reduce clinician fatigue, and optimize patient care. This article provides a detailed overview of collaborative robots in surgery, rehabilitation, and patient assistance, discussing clinical applications, technical and ethical challenges, and future prospects. A comparative analysis of current technologies highlights the benefits of integrating artificial intelligence and computer vision for safer diagnostics and interventions.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1685\" data-end=\"1688\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1709\"><strong data-start=\"1693\" data-end=\"1709\">Introduction<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1710\" data-end=\"2270\">La robotique collaborative en milieu m\u00e9dical est n\u00e9e du besoin d\u2019augmenter la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des interventions cliniques tout en r\u00e9duisant la charge de travail des professionnels de sant\u00e9. Contrairement aux robots industriels traditionnels, les cobots sont con\u00e7us pour fonctionner aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des humains, avec des syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et une capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation aux comportements humains.
