With the growing volume and complexity of public datasets, data governance has emerged as a central requirement to ensure their quality, accessibility, security, and responsible use. This article provides a comprehensive analysis of public data governance models, examining key theoretical frameworks, international standards (EU, OECD, World Bank), and organizational practices adopted by various governments. Based on a systematic literature review and a comparative analysis, the study highlights the challenges, limitations, and opportunities associated with current governance models. It concludes with a set of strategic recommendations for developing robust, agile, and interoperable governance systems aligned with transparency, accountability, and data protection principles.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2692\" data-end=\"2695\" \/>\n<h1 data-start=\"2697\" data-end=\"2727\"><strong data-start=\"2699\" data-end=\"2727\">1. Introduction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"2728\" data-end=\"3071\">La transformation num\u00e9rique des administrations publiques a entra\u00een\u00e9 une explosion du volume de donn\u00e9es produites, collect\u00e9es et partag\u00e9es par les \u00c9tats.
