Introduction : La mosa\u00efque tchadienne<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Avec une population estim\u00e9e \u00e0 plus de <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"38\">20 millions d&#8217;habitants en 2026<\/b>, le Tchad est l&#8217;un des pays les plus diversifi\u00e9s d&#8217;Afrique. On y d\u00e9nombre plus de <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"152\">200 groupes ethniques<\/b> parlant plus d&#8217;une centaine de langues et dialectes. Cette diversit\u00e9, souvent per\u00e7ue \u00e0 travers le prisme des tensions, constitue pourtant le socle d&#8217;une culture nationale riche et de m\u00e9canismes de r\u00e9silience uniques.<\/p>\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"6\" \/>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">2. Cela d\u00e9samorce les conflits et cr\u00e9e des obligations d&#8217;entraide.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Le &#8220;Dia&#8221; (Le prix du sang) :<\/b> Un syst\u00e8me de compensation coutumier utilis\u00e9 pour r\u00e9soudre les litiges entre clans \u00e9leveurs et agriculteurs, visant la r\u00e9conciliation plut\u00f4t que la punition carc\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Le r\u00f4le des Autorit\u00e9s Coutumi\u00e8res :<\/b> Les Sultans, les Chefs de Canton et les Chefs de Terre restent les premiers m\u00e9diateurs lors des conflits fonciers ou de voisinage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"14\" \/>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"15\">4.
